Loved the location on the waterfront. Secure parking, nice balcony . Having a washer and dryer is such a bonus when you’re travelling around. The bath was great , plenty of hot water . Air conditioning is a bonus. Great communication from Faith .
Small bed , no wine glasses, no chopping knives. Too much furniture, 2 settees and 2 big armchairs for 2 people made it feel crowded.

Tolles Apartment mit schönem Balkon direkt an der Waterfront. Perfekte Lage um abends das Auto stehen lassen zu können, viele nette Restaurants in fussläufiger Entfernung. Großer Tiefgaragenstellplatz.
AC hat nicht ganz so funktioniert wie vorgesehen, hat eher gelüftet statt gekühlt (trotz entsprechender Einstellung), war aber noch ok (25 Grad Raumtemperatur trotz eingestellter 20 oder weniger; draußen waren über 30…)

Sehr positiv war: Die Lage in der Waterfront direkt gegenüber 34 South. Ab 22 Uhr war Ruhe. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Wohnung haben wir gerne genutzt. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Garagenplatz. Das ist bei Hitze oder schlechtem Wetter ein Riesenvorteil. Grundsätzlich ist das Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis gut. Auch die Kommunikation mit Faith war unkompliziert und angenehm.
Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Sesselrücken von oben, Badgeräusche von nebenan...Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist zweckmässig, aber schon in die Jahre gekommen. Im Bad gibt es nur die Badewanne mit Vohang zum Duschen. Die Toilettenspülung ist extrem laut. Abfluss der Küchenspüle sieht provisorisch fixiert aus. Daher riecht der Schrank unangenehm. Stühle am Balkon passen in der Höhe nicht zum Tisch.
