Marina Magic was exactly what we expected. Great location, comfortable and convenient. Faith, the letting agent, was very friendly & welcoming.

This is a superbly equipped and located property at the heart of the Knysna Quays with a lovely shaded sitting area overlooking the canal. The host, Faith, from Fine & Country was very friendly and helpful, checking us in personally and showing us around the facilities. She was also very quick to respond in an evening when an issue arose with the power supply (not load shedding) and with the help of a local electrician the problem was quickly resolved. Faith also provided information about the load shedding schedule when that did occur.
It would be very easy to say nothing but one downside to this property is that there is absolutely no fallback situation for when load shedding does occur. The owners have not installed an Invertor to keep the lights on and there was no temporary gas fired ring to boil a kettle that we have enjoyed in other properties.
