Situated on the Western Peninsula, Lake Brenton Paradise is in an excellent location to enjoy the beauty of the Knysna area. The house is in gated grounds with peaceful surroundings, shaded walks and wildlife that is at ease with their human neighbours! The house itself is very comfortable, tastefully furnished, and with modern appliances. The hosts ensure that guests are provided with everything they may reasonably need during their stay - it is certainly a home from home.
Sandi is a marvellous host, so friendly and kind, and her own travel experiences have influenced how she has prepared the house for visitors. Her warmth and friendliness is a major feature of your stay here, as she is determined to ensure that your time at Knysna is memorable.

Located in a lush and very well established estate we were greeting each morning by a plethora of wildlife. We were well equipped for our visitors with an array of feed left for us by our host Sandy. The children delighted in the task of feeding the deer, ibis, song birds and guinne fowl all of whom performed for us from the stoop
The property was incredibly well stocked with everything from beach towels to tennis rackets
Spotlessly clean throughout, and ready for weiry travellers there was everything we needed for refreshments, and all mod cons to keep the children happy.
A pool and a park on site, friendly neighbours and Sandy never far away sould we need.
I would highly recommend this property and location. It felt very safe and very much like home from home.

Part of the sanctuary is you are far from the madding crowds so it's 20mins drive to the supermarket and shops Plan for this and nothing else at Lake Brenton will disappoint. It was a price worth paying for tranquility.
