Everything! Absolutely wonderful apartment, great location for super easy access to the waterfront and its great selection of restaurants. Underground parking was safe and easy to use, communication from host was seamless and they even helped me arrange for flowers and champagne to be there on arrival. Whole apartment was clean and comfortable with every facility you could possibly need. We wished we could stay for longer.

It's beautifully decorated yet homely. Everything you need and even things you never knew you needed. Loved the tasteful book collection, wish I had more time to read a few. Slept like a baby and you could not ask for more in terms of it's convenient position near restaurants, shops and an amazing deli right next door.

From 7am ..Noise from rear car park.
Continual commercial vehicles pumping dirty water or sewage.
Early morning bin clearance, delivery of goods to adjacent stores , restaurants.
Front deck noise and smells , from extractor fans from very busy restaurant next door
