Pleasant stay

Excellent Staff. The Receptionist helped very much to sort out everything and I had a pleasant night .

A relaxing and enjoyable stay, we would happily come back

The place was very peaceful and quiet. It was close to everything, even the beach was only 20 minutes away. Overall, we were really satisfied with our stay. Most importantly, it also had free parking.

Disappointed last year's stay was less expensive. We will not use these accommodations again.

Good parking,

No air conditioning. Breakfast was overpriced. No coffee available at 9:30 in the morning. Already cleaning up after breakfast. (6am-9am) In General room was overpriced at 121Euro. We are on vacation, so we do not leave the room until 9am.

Good and safe place

I had peaceful stay however window dust and carpet dust need to be well cleared. I had good and faithful workers. I remember the I dropped my paper money and the cleaning lady handed it to me. I was surprised of this level of faithfulness.

It is a little bit inconvenient to commute to the city center, but definitely not such a big problem. However, I have requested a particular service when it comes to preparing an invoice prior my arrival and during the check-in and that was not met by my check-out. Still waiting for an email from the central office.

This is a basic hotel at a premium price. The facilities are very limited the place is dated and the location poor. I would not stay here again.

Okay for the price we paid helpfull to have free parking

The staff let is use the dinning area at night to eat at. Breakfast was nice. Helpfull staff members

The cleaning could be quite a bit better. Room 34 the bathroom shelf above the sink is so dirty I felt uncomfortable using the sink. Look underneath the shelf is all yellow brown stained. Also the shower room the groud between the tiles could do with a very good clean.

Great Leiden family visiting stay

Ideal for a stay with Leiden located family. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My 86 years old mother feels comfortabele here.

It was in a convenient place for our stay in the Netherlands, close enough to Leiden and close to the main motorway for our travela beyond. The brekfast waa nice. Parking was easy and convenient

It was one of the hottest weeks of the year and there is no air conditioning. There where not enough plugs to plug in 2 phones in the room.

Terrible hotel, don't go there

The hallways smell terribly like urine and cigarette smoke. The shower is very dirty you can clearly see molds and mildew on the walls. The only ventilation is the window which the smoke from the smokers outside gets in the room. The staff are very rude, and unprofessional, and act as if they hate their jobs. I asked for hair dryer, they told me to go and buy one for myself from a store few streets away(if it was open in the evening!!!) There was FRESH BLOOD on the floor of my room, I noticed the stain later on my socks! I couldn't stand the smell and checked out after the second night, even though I had paid for 6 nights, and they did not refund me. They charge you same as a 4 stars hotel, but you barely experience 2 stars. I do not recommend it to anyone! The worst thing than the dirtiness was the rude and grumpy staff, as if you owe them something!
