Superb

Very clean, comfortable, and well-equiped! Spacious for 3 adults. Right next to Rovaniemi's biggest shopping mall with a very nice K-Market (local convenience store), souvenir shops, and restaurants. There is also a 24h/7 McDonald next to the apartment. It is also situated on the main street of Rovaniemi, with everything easily accessible by foot (straight direction). It is also next to the Arktikum Museum, where there is a lake to spot the northern lights (a common place where everybody goes for this purpose). Finally, you can leave your luggage for free at their office (Safartica). The employees are very nice, responsive, helpful, and accomodating, whether it is in person or via messages.

The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor with no elevator, which was not very convenient with the luggages or if you have elderlies/ children. The water was very cold and needed quite a lot of time to warm up. While taking the shower, the temperature of the water was very unstable. There is no parking, but you can easily find parking space near the property (for free after 6pm).

Perfect Location, close to everything. Beautiful view from the windows. Great for 4 adults. Overall we were really comfortable here.

The washing machine didn’t work (we didn’t realise until after we’d bought washing powder) and the dishwasher didn’t seem to work properly either. There were no tea towels or hand towels at all. It wasn’t enough to spoil our stay but just a bit of a nuisance. Bigger coffee mugs would have been good too.

Muito perto do centro e de supermercado. A gerente agilizou a limpeza e conseguimos entrar antes do horário do check-in. Foi ótimo pois estava muito frio.

Wir erlebten traumhafte Ferien in Rovaniemi.

Wir wurden frühzeitig informiert wie der Schlüssel hinterlegt ist und konnten uns jederzeit bei Fragen an Nina wenden. Hat alles bestens funktioniert, die Wohnung ist sauber und auch die Küche ist gut eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist an perfekter Lage. Beim Park vom Arktikum (ca. 500 Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt) konnten wir bestens die Polarlichter sehen.

Ein zusätzlicher Nachtvorhang im Wohnbereich wäre wünschenswert.
