Appartement idéalement situé à proximité de la place San Marco, très bien équipé, dans une ruelle calme. La literie est confortable et la cuisine fonctionnelle. L appartement est climatisé.

L’absence d’un lave-vaisselle

A cama é confortável, a iluminação também é bastante agradável, ficando bem escurinho para dormir e é silencioso. A localização é perfeita, a poucos passos da Piazza San Marco, bons restaurantes e mercados. A acomodação é ampla e aconchegante.

Sentimos falta de copos e taças de vidro, pois só haviam de plástico.

The property is amazing finished to such a high standard comfortable close to everything yet quite if I ever go back to Venice it will be to this apartment & the owner Stefano what an absolute gentleman.

I like everything but just a tip for future occupants have a little patience the hot water in the shower is coming

Fantastic location, modern renovated apartment which very well equipped.

Unfortunately we were really unlucky with the guests in the apartment above and didn’t sleep for 2 of the 3 nights. The floors are wooden and there is no soundproofing. You can hear every step and every word. We had 2 sets of guests above during our stay and both liked staying up very late and talking loudly and banging doors. it really spoilt the trip as we were exhausted the whole time so didn’t enjoy it as we should have. It’s hard to blame the owners as their apartment is lovely but I do think they need to take some responsibility for the noise as they know they are renting out an apartment where noise is a big issue. Equally I accept that it’s pot luck as to whether the apartment above is occupied.
