I mean, I liked it, but things were broken; it is not good for a long stay

I have a mixed review. I liked this place, I was only there for 2 full days however, so it is sufficient for a couple days. The bed was okay, it had everything you would need to cook a little rice or whatever. The bathroom had a few good qualities; the shower shelf was high enough that you could put your things on it (bar soap etc.) and it didn't all get soaked in water; there was plenty toilet paper; and there was a small wicker shelf/drawer unit for your toiletries. There was an outside table and drying rack, a lovely garden, and two parking spots. The location was in a quiet part of town away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to walk (or drive) to the old town (1.0 miles) the beach (0.75 mile) etc. It was very clean. The a/c worked very well, you could even change the temp without fighting with the remote. As far as value, it could have been a bit less expensive for what you got.

The place was very small. this is not something you would want to do for more than a day or two. There was no light. I had schoolwork and there was only one overhead light that was dim. They need some lamps. The small kitchenette was workable but there was nowhere to set anything (I needed the table for my computer etc.). The TV and use of the smart TV never worked (no signal, or Netflix would simply stop running). The wardrobe was back in a corner where you couldn't see anything because of the abyss of darkness. The full-length mirror was positioned on the wardrobe in a way that you couldn't really use it (Mount it on the wall somewhere else, you have other broken items so a few screws will not matter). The shower head was broken so if I had not had zip ties to fix it myself, I would have had to hold the shower head when I took a shower (see photo). The hairdryer was also broken; it worked but you had to hold it a certain way. There was nowhere to put anything because the wardrobe was so shoved in the corner that did not make anything very accessible. They need to re-arrange this all somehow to make it more user friendly. The Wi-fi stunk; as I said, I had school papers to writer and it was very slow or would time out, so that was not cool.

Great option for beaches, comfortable, lovely place- highly recommend

The room was very clean and comfortable. The room is facing their very well maintained garden. We had our breakfast at the balcony, which was very pleasant and relaxing. There is hanging rack on the balcony where we dry our swimsuit, this is a good plus and we feel the owner is being thoughtful to the place and travellers. On top of all, we feel the owner is friendly and flexible. We have a wonderful stay overall. Highly recommend.

We are very happy with our stay! As our goal to Zadar is the beach, this located as close as 8 min walk to the nearest beach. But if you're looking for touristic activities and food options, not many restaurants around. bus will take you in the city in 10 min, but not very frequent. You can always walk about 30min to the city tho. So for us, it's just perfect for balancing visting and relaxing.

Perfectly located charming little place

Well located in a quiet residential area within walking distance from the beach, old town and the bus terminal. The host family was very welcoming and my stay there was calm and lovely.

Everything was just perfect! The place is a nice choice for its value, there were good facilities for cooking and storing different stuff and I really enjoyed the location which was close enough to the sea (about 5 mins walking) and the old town (about 20 mins) but not too close to hear the loudness of the beach partying. The lady owning the place was super kind and we really felt well-welcomed. Finally, the view from the terrace (especially in the early morning and late evening) and the green garden with mandarins are heaven. Worth visiting for sure!

The hosts were very polite and tell us all the information needed. The location is perfect for who wants to be close by the bus station, supermarkets, etc. Also not too far from the city center, possible to go walking.

The room is really compatible with the asked price, but the kitchen stuff and the bathroom can be improved.

Very good

Nice and quiet neighborhood not to far from the center. We arrived pretty early and the owner let us left our bag. Bus stop and supermarkets are pretty close.

Superb

The host and her daughter were wonderful, they even offered us coffee on the last day while we were waiting for our bus. The room itself is very nice for the price and the beach is close by, but you do have to walk quite a while to get to the Old City (but the walk is enjoyable!).

It was very clean and nice, simple but in a good location, nice amenities and a really nice outdoor area and garden.

My only suggestion is maybe leaving some tea and coffee for guests to make hot drinks as we had a short stay for 3 nights and bought a big thing of coffee for a week which we had to leave.

Wonderful place

A wonderful place, very kind hosts, 15 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes walk to the center, everything you need in the apartment. We highly recommend this place.

Very good

Only 5 min walk from the bus station, but a longer walk (20-25 min) to the old town. The host familiy is living on the same ground and very friendly.

The bed was not as comfortable as in other apartments I stayed it. Since there was also a party in the hotel nearby, I couldn't sleep well the first night, but the second night was better. The beach closeby is ok, but nothing special.

Wspaniały, skromny ale bardzo wygodny apartament w idealnej lokalizacji. Rewelacyjni i bardzo gościnni gospodarze. Mogliśmy wcześniej się zameldować i przy wymeldowaniu równiez nie było problemu z dłuższym pozostaniem. Na powitanie otrzymaliśmy wodę, piwo i przepyszną kawę. Mogliśmy zajadać się rosnącymi na podwórku winogronami. W apartamencie wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego łącznie z ekspresem do kawy na kapsułki, zapas kapsułek i kawy rozpuszczalnej i podstawowych przypraw, bardzo wygodne szerokie łóżko, pachnąca pościel i bardzo dobrze działajaca klimatyzacja. W apartamencie zamiast okna są szerokie przeszklone drzwi wejściowe, które można dowolnie otwierać i zamykać a także zasłaniać przy pomocy ażurowych drewnianych przesłon.5 minut od dworca autobusowego czyli 20 minut od lotniska. Przy dworcu autobusowym dwa supermarkety i jeden market w drodze na plażę. Kilka minut do bardzo długiej pięknej plaży Karma. W pobliżu rewelacyjna restauracja Kuzina. Krótki spacer do starówki Zadaru. Bardzo dziękujemy gospodarzom że mogliśmy u nich spędzić kilka wspaniałych dni.

Favoloso

Appartamento molto curato che affaccia su un bellissimo giardino. La proprietaria è molto cordiale e accogliente. Io ho soggiornato in un monolocale dotato di tutto. Il prezzo è corretto. La posizione è ottima, molto vicina alle spiagge di karma e kolovare e in circa 15 minuti di camminata si raggiunge il centro storico di Zadar.

Forse l'unico limite è l'assenza di finestre, per cui quando si vuole la luce naturale bisogna aprire direttamente la porta finestra.

Czuliśmy się jak w domu, polecamy!

Zarówno lokalizacja jak i sam apartament pierwsza klasa! Wszędzie blisko, plaża, stare miasto, restauracje, sklepy. Apartament bardzo duży, czysty i świetnie wyposażony ( było wszystko włącznie z opiekaczem i ekspresem do kawy).Duży ogród z cudnie kwitnącą rośliną,murowany grill i miejsce parkingowe pod pergolą. Wlaściciele bardzo mili i pomocni. Polecamy!
