Great communication with the host. Only 5 minute walk to the bus station, and 20 minute walk to old town. Lovely bakery across road for breakfast and coffee.

Check in was well communicated, place was very clean and neat. Location was perfect, station, McD, Bakeries, places to visit were possible to go by on foot. Very safe and nice!
Pillows: Very high and too hard. Should have provided two types of pillow. Everyone has different body type, I just couldn't sleep on those pillows.
One of the reason we booked this place was, it had kitchen and we have very particular diet, but we couldn't utilize it because - Our bus arrived a bit late on 29th May - so everything was closed, and we were not aware that it was a national holiday + weekend in Croatia on 30/31 May. There was NO Supermarkets/shops open to buy even the basics like bread/cereals/milk. We could hardly get some (costly) milk from the front of house in Bakery, and had to survive on McDonald the whole weekend. If host had informed us in advance, it would have been a plus and we could have bought stuff we need in the previous city.

Gazdă minunată, cazare aproape de supermarketuri, de plajă si de autogară.
Camera este dotată cu tot ceea ce este necesar pentru un sejur plăcut. Gazda pune la dispoziție saltele de plajă. Cu siguranță, dacă vom reveni în Zadar, vom alege aceeași locație.
Nu exista ceva să nu placă.

Was very well kept and clean. Had free parking which was a necessity for us. Manager responded quickly to questions and was easily reachable. Right across from it is a very delicious bakery where we had breakfast before checking out.
It is within 20 minute walk to the old city however I did not account for the sun being so strong when booking the property! The 20 minutes I spent walking felt like an hour. Wish I had booked something a bit closer. The place was also a bit small. However for the price it is very good value.
