Excellent location; the room was spacious, very clean, tidy, and quiet. Most importantly, it offers security, making it perfect for single travelers. There is a supermarket and many places to eat and drink in the area. It has good bus connections to the city centre. Finally, the best part of all is Costanza: an excellent host—very kind and always available to provide information or assistance.

A pessoa que nos atendeu (Constanza) é bem agradável e solícita.
Embora o quarto fosse bem equipado, o colchão já estava deteriorado, afundando muito em diferentes partes, dificultando o repouso na cama.
A porta da janela foi preenchida com tecidos, a fim de bloquear a luz, mas permanecem frestas que deixam a luz passar ao amanhecer. Há necessidade de instalação de uma cortina blackout.
O local é bem afastado do centro turístico de Florença (25minutos)..
Consideramos a hospedagem muito cara para o que oferece.
