Lovely stay in Florence

After an extensive search of Florence accommodations, we couldn’t have picked a better place for our stay. The room was exceptionally clean and the location was perfect, not too far from the city centre and right next to a super market. The owners were spectacular and super communicative. They gave us great instructions and made sure to accommodate our every need. If I ever have the chance to return to this beautiful city, I’ll definitely be staying at this lovely property once more!

Nice room to use as a base whilst in Florence

The room was large and good as a base to sleep. 25 min walk to the station and 30 minutes to the centre. Lots of restaurants, bars and bakeries near by. Shared fridge to use was good to keep water cool.

The room was large so would have been good to have tea/ coffee facilites to save having to go out every morning. Also there is a sign in the room saying you can’t eat any meals there which was unfortunate as we was hoping to keep a tight budget! If you just need a room to sleep in then it’s perfect!

Wonderful time and quite spacious and comfortable

The staff was accommodating and kind. The second bed option/ futon couch was only a folding foam type chair. A young child could sleep on it but not an adult or teen.

Room was exactly as it shows to the photos. Was very clean and comfortable. wifi was perfect. Our host Costanza was very helpful and we had excellent communication . She answered to us to any questions that we had. Thanks Costanza for the accomodation.

The room is very clean and comfortable, host very helpful. We reach to the city center by walk. It takes you about 15 minute to reach to Ponte Vecchio.

I like everything except a little noise during night and early morning, maybe it is because of the building renovation.

It was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, due to Covid restriction, the owner was no longer able to provide the breakfast. It was a 20 min walk to city center and it was pretty quiet place, we had a good night sleep.

La anfitriona excelente, estuvo predispuesta a todas las consultas, conteta rapido. La ubicación es muy buena, es fácil de llegar, esta cerca del centro, hicimos todo a pie. La habitación es amplia, tiene todo lo necesario, muy cómoda. 100 % recomendable.

Schöner Rückzugsort in Firenze

Gastgeberin sehr nett und freundlich. In der Unterkunft läuft alles unkompliziert. Gutes Bett. Ruhig. Es ist für alles vorgesorgt. Die Bar an der nächsten Ecke ist zu empfehlen. Fußläufig nette Bars und Restaurants.

Die Besitzerin, die sich auch um die Unterkunft kümmert ist super nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend Das Zimmer ist sauber und nett eingerichtet WLAN funktioniert prima Die Unterkunft ist ein klein wenig außerhalb uns hat das nicht gestört zu Fuß ins Zentrum circa 15-20 min.

Die Matratzen und Spannbettücher sind meiner Meinung nach nicht für eine Unterkunft geeignet. (Matratzen wirkten wie durchgelegen und die Spann-Bettbezüge blieben nie auf den Matratzen. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr hellhörig. Man hört wirklich ALLES.

Una estancia molt recomanable

Las habitaciones son grandes i espaciosas. Estan limpias y muy bien arregladas. La persona que lo lleva es muy amable. Esta en un barrio tranquilo y tiene cerca algun restaurante y cafeterias

El unico pero es la situación. Esta a unos 15 minutos del centro y el transporte público mas cercano es el bus. El tranvia esta a unos 10 minutos caminando y con muchas maletas se hace un poco largo

Camera pulitissima e accogliente. Materasso e cuscini comodissimi, bagno ben attrezzato. Zona ben collegata con mezzi per arrivare in zona Duomo, ma vicinissima a zone meravigliose come Santo Spirito e San Frediano.

Bonita idea pero hay que cambiar algunas formas

la amabilidad de la anfitriona. muy agradable. la cantidad de toallas que había m. limpieza del baño; comodidad de la cama. la habitación era bonita

falto un microondas. pedimos un plato y tenedores y nos los presto. luego el servicio de limpieza pasó un día. al día siguiente, tocó a la puerta y en ese momento nos estábamos duchando. ya no volvió a dejar las toallas. es lo que más eche en falta. Se ahorraron un juego de limpieza de toallas. me molesto un poco que me recordasen que no dejara el aire acondicionado puesto cuando no estaba en la habitación. En españa 🇪🇸 tb estamos concienciadnos con el ahorro energético y esos detalles sobran. En cualquier caso me ha costado 270€ las tres noches. ni aun dejándolo puesto todo el día le hubiera supuesto más de 15 euros. un poco cutre. creo que la anfitriona muestra abiertamente políticas de ahorro en su negocio, y eso es feo. Al final vendes servicios de acogida y no puedes estar pendiente de cuánto te gastan los clientes. que vaya bien

Agradable para un par de días

La anfitriona es muy agradable. Las instalaciones estaban bien, cama cómoda y baño con todo lo necesario (incluido secador de pelo). Hay un supermercado justo detrás del alojamiento.

La ubicación no es del todo céntrica, pero si estás dispuesto a pasear para llegar al centro, no está mal. Las paredes son delgadas, por lo que escuchas a tus vecinos. Se específica en un cartel que no se pueden introducir alimentos de ninguna clase en el cuarto. La ducha no tenía mucha presión.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, genügend Platz und Abstellflächen, auch im Badezimmer. Die Gastgeberin war sehr bemüht, die Kommunikation über WhatsApp hat immer gut geklappt, sie war hilfsbereit und immer für uns erreichbar. Mit dem Bus war man schnell im Zentrum.
