0ttima la pisizione,anche il giardino,però non ben recintato perché il nostro cane riusciva a passare bene per andare nel giardino accanto
non c'era Il tappetino antiscivolo nella doccia,poi il resto benissimo

Very nice and cosy apartment! Everything you could ask for is there from kitchen supplies to a washing machine.
Lovely garden with chairs & table, 5 minute walk to the beach. We had a great stay :)

Apartment is really big, with salon, fully equipment kitchen (with fridge and microvave), bathroom and sleeping room. There is a garden and private parking place on second shared garden. We know about two free beaches, one is about 5 minutes from apartment (on foot), second one about 10 minutes. Both with sand, hot water and "blue flag" - really cool. About 10 minutes by foot to COOP, 5 minutes by car. 5 minutes to centrum. Great place to visit Piza (20-25minut by car), Florence, Cinqe Terre, Lucca and other places. Ownes is very helpfull, great contact, zero problems. I`m really recommend to stay in this apartment for vacations.

Lokalization was great. Also even though there wasn't air conditioning, the temperature inside was as it would be.
In the living room couch and/or carpet was smelling a dog. Towels were really small. There were troubles with WiFi couple times, the host was quickly fixing it, but we had to contact him.
