Byt v suterénu vily je opravdu velmi prostorný a to jsme využili vzhledem k deštivému počasí. Obývací pokoj s přímým přístupem na vnitřní zahradu opravdu velký, s pohodlným posezením. Solidní wifi. Zahradu jsme měli v podstatě jen sami pro sebe - to bylo příjemné. Několikrát prošla po zahradě uklízečka, která v sousední místnosti vedle obýváku využívala prádelnu. Sousední škola nerušila, ale výuka asi na začátku září neběžela naplno. Byt a zahrada by mohly být špičkové, kdyby jim majitel věnoval více péče a více se postaral o renovaci staršího a opotřebovaného vybavení.
Chyběla mi na zahradě lehátka nebo jakékoliv pohodlné posezení. Společný venkovní stůl s židlemi je umístěný na vyvýšeném místě u vrat a je to dál od kuchyně, je nepraktické k němu nosit jídlo. Lepší by bylo venkovní posezení navazující přímo na dveře z kuchyně. Uvnitř v kuchyni je prostoru velmi málo, ke stolu se vejdou sotva 4 lidé a i tak mají málo místa. Hodně nás trápili komáři. Sítě proti hmyzu jsou jen v malých oknech v ložnicích a koupelně. Ložnice jsou směrem do ulice, která je dost hlučná, museli jsme si na noc okna zavírat. Uklizeno bylo povrchně, ale našly se pavučiny, prach a na sítích v oknech asi ptačí trus.

The apartment is very large, rustic but with all the facilities for a holiday home. We particularly liked the garden where children could look at vegetables, tartroses and eat. Will definitely recommend anc look yo return in the future. The host: Sara and her mother were friendly and helpful, making our stay more comfortable.

Sehr gute Lage, Strandnah und perfekt für Ausflüge mit dem Auto oder mit dem Bus
Wunderschöner großer Garten, der von der Küche und vom Wohnzimmer aus zugänglich ist.
Die Wohnung müsste dringend renoviert werden!
Es herrscht dort insgesamt eine hohe Feuchtigkeit, vermutlich deshalb blättert die Farbe von den Wänden. Die Metallteile (Heizkörper, Armaturen, … ) haben Rostansatz. Die gesamte Elektroinstallation ist mehr als fragwürdig.
Während unseres Aufenthaltes gab es ein Gewitter:
An allen (!) zur Straße gelegenen Fenstern ( Souterrain!) in den drei Schlafzimmern drang Wasser durch die ordentlich verschlossen Fenster, so dass es von den Fensterbrettern auf den Boden floss.
In der Wohnung herrschte von Anfang an ein muffiger Geruch, der trotz ständigem Lüften nie ganz verschwand. Sie war auch nur oberflächlich sauber. Staub und Spinnweben in den Ecken, Kalk- und Schmutzränder auf dem Geschirr in den Schränken. Am Boden der Spülmaschine waren Würfelzucker große Speisereste.
