Es war eine kleine saubere Wohnung mit einem Sitzplatz.
PP musste man immer suchen - bei uns hat es gut geklappt. Gartenmobiliar ist veraltet. Als Kaffeemaschine könnte man auch eine Nespresse, De Longhi usw. zutun. Vielleicht könnte man das Geschirr ein wenig aufrüsten, so dass man - wie wir Handabwasch - auch mehr Besteck usw. hätten.

Very lovely downstairs apartment. We spent 2 weeks at Michele's place with the family and had a wonderful time. Many things we liked there including: garden / good WIFI / lovely beds / aircon + Michele was very helpful even when we had a few glitches in the apartment. We also met some of his family, who live in that apartment + the building Cat (Siri) was very sweet.
Parking was quite tricky (very small streets and tight spaces) and only possible outside the apartment due to having an oversized car.

Uns hat insgesamt alles sehr gut gefallen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der schöne Garten mit einem sehr gepflegten Rasen, optimal für Kinder wenn man mal nicht an den Strand möchte. Zudem gibt es eine Terasse, die sozusagen als Outdoor-Esszimmer dient. Auch die Küche lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Alles was man braucht ist da. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert auch einwandfrei und alle Fenster haben Mückenschutz. Zudem war Michele sehr hilfsbereit und immer zur Stelle wenn es ein Anliegen gab.
Die Unterkunft ist einwandfrei.

Замечательные владельцы. Встретили лично, дали подробные инструкции. В апартаментах есть все необходимое для жизни. До яхтенной марины всего 10 минут пешком, до продуктового чуть меньше.
Собственник всегда был на связи.
Можно взять велосипед и покататься.
