About this house rental
Portion of liberty villa with independent entrance from exclusive garden, composed of entrance bathroom with shower, double bedroom with wardrobe, bedroom with French bed, another large bathroom with bathtub, another double bedroom with the addition of a single bed and wardrobe, living room with sofa and fully equipped kitchen. The house is in a very quiet position and surrounded by walls that contain a furnished garden and also equipped with games for children. We specify that for our guests, there are also high chairs, cots and other objects that are used in the early childhood of the children that we provide free of charge on their request. Fifty meters from the house there is the promenade, and a few steps from the bus stop for Pisa and Livorno. We provide information on the restaurants and pizzerias they can find near the house, and other information for their free time. The villa is owned by our family and we owners also live in separate accommodation.

Property is perfectly located, block away from the sea and the same from nice forest.
However you need to be aware that it is a basement, so bedrooms windows are at street level.

We were very pleased with this property. It was very spacious,clean and well located. It was easy to walk to the beach and local bars and only a short journey into Pisa. Lisa the owner lives on site and was very helpful. The enclosed garden was also great for the xhildren

Great location: near sea, woods and playground. Garden really beautiful and perfect to relax . Lisa and family very friendly and helpful (help with taxi, special price in their great restaurant 7 nanni, contacts, ideas etc).
Apartment is in the basement, works well without a/c.
Just be aware of the noise lvl from the streets, can be quite intensive. If noise lvl inside is too much (ie tv, you are staying in the same house with one part of the family) you can inform Lisa and it will be quiet immediately.
We recommend for couples and families!
