Roberto, host, stond zelf klaar met sleutel. Roberto is een gezellige supervriendelijke enthousiaste host. Erg gelachen met hem. Ondanks dat het weer heel erg tegenviel hebben we ons prima vermaakt. Roberto gaf ook wat tips. Communicatie met Roberto was uitstekend. Appartement he heeft een heerlijke tuin en eigen parkeervoorziening op terrein.

Ottima la posizione, in una strada tranquilla ma molto vicina alla spiaggia (sia libera che attrezzata) ed al centro di Tirrenia (dove sono presenti negozi e locali); bellissimo il giardino(c'è un piccolo tavolo con le sedie in una posizione ombreggiata, ideale per fare colazione/pranzare/cenare immersi nel verde del giardino); eccezionali la gentilezza e la disponibilità del proprietario/gestore; abitazione pulita ed in ordine.
La cucina ed il bagno sono molto vecchi e datati (la cappa aspiratrice in cucina e il forno sono davvero in pessime condizioni e mancano attrezzi fondamentali per cucinare come ad es. le padelle; in doccia non c'è una mensola adeguata per appoggiare il docciaschiuma, che deve essere messo a terra). Inoltre la casa è strapiena di cose e purtroppo non c'è spazio per mettere le proprie. I materassi non sono molto comodi.
