Hotel was great location, easy to find and access ,, bed was good size and comfotable , good size room

There was no facility for making coffee , ie , kettle or cups , only paper cup in bathroom, the shower was not very clean and had a smell with it ,, breakfast a bit sparse

A good base for exploring Bagnoles de l'Orne with easy parking and on-sight restaurant

Excellent location in the centre of town. The room had a balcony overlooking the fountain roundabout, but was very well soundproofed with double glazing.

Location, comfort & convenient for Oustreham ferry

Stayed Friday night. Have stayed here before & enjoyed their restaurant. In spite of the site boasting the restaurant was open every evening - it was closed this Friday “as always” - even the in-room information stated a 7/7 restaurant. Said info sheet also reminded customers to remember the front door code as it was closed at 10 pm - we returned at 21:35 to find us locked out. After several rings on a doorbell, I was given the code over the intercom by a rather grumpy man. Why close early??

Bagnoles very nice along the Veloscenie

This is a thermal city and hotels are oriented for this kind of tourists. In this context, actually, many people come also for bikes tours, for cycle tourism (Veloscenie, was our option) or weekend trip. Hotel central, adequate room, they take care for the bicycles. Welcoming reception.

Let down by breakfast arrangements.

Location. Nice room.

Breakfast arrangements. Despite reserving a specific slot for breakfast, there was not enough crockery available and absolutely no plates. Croissants and rolls were therefore eaten from a bowl. On asking for more crockery, the man in charge mumbled something about them all being in the dishwasher. Not good enough. The hotel was nice and location was excellent - but the poor attitude at breakfast let it down overall.

Bike friendly hotel, and polite staff. Clean rooms.

Arrived by bike and it was stored safely by the staff. My room was very clean and the balcony was a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable and the blinds kept the room nice and dark. Even though the hotel is right in the centre of the town it was nice and quiet at night.

The shower was a bit weak, but it was ok.
