Charming, spacious apartment. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room. Recommended for family trips or for business trips. Children are welcome! No Bachelor / Bachelorette parties.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The location is excellent and you can find almost everything such stores and places to eat on the same street. Also very safe area. The communication with Marie and Benjamin was excellent too. We are a family of four so the two bedrooms and 2 baths were really convenient for us. Definitely will stay there again.

Loved the location of the apartment, Benjamin met us to give us all the info needed for our stay. It is on a very busy street but the people watching was amazing. The apartment has no AC and it was hot but we did open the windows at night to cool the apartment. The metro was just out front of the apartment and it was easy to get to all parts of the city. Having a shower & sink in each bedroom was nice and the toilet was in a separate closet. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back.

Great location, clean apartment, flexible check in & check out. ( or at least keeping your luggage before 3PM and after 10 AM). Can be noisy if windows open. But if you want to be in the middle of the city... Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed.The building is old. But , again this is in the middle of a city.

The location was perfect. Perfidy café downstairs for drinks lunch and morning coffee. Was a warm week and having no air conditioner and only one fan working it was hot. Opened windows at night and heard bustle of streets but that's Paris. Great space for family of five.
