Located in rue du Roule, near the famous rue de Rivoli and a few steps away from the Louvre Museum, this 50 sqm apartment benefits from an exclusive location, in the heart of Paris, as close as possible to the cultural activity of Paris.
On the third floor, without elevator, this amazing 2 bedroom is everything you are looking for a nice Parisian guet-away.
Opening onto a luminous living-room composed of a cosy sitting area, a large and fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, it also benefits from a confortable sofa-bed.
This flat can comfortably accomodate up to 6 people.
The master bedroom is equipped with a Queen-Size bed with a high quality mattress to ensure a great night of sleep, the bathroom is ensuite and equipped with a shower and separated toilets.
The second bedroom has a double bed.
For more comfort and privacy, the apartment has a second bathroom equipped with a shower and a toilet.

The apartment was lovely and great for our family to explore Paris! The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms and kitchen were all very nice as well. Everything you need is within easy walking distance (delicious fruit market, boulangerie, and amazing pizza place all less than a two minute walk!). The metro station, great shopping, Notre Dame, and the Louvre are all easy to walk to, so a great base for anyone wishing to visit Paris.We were there when there was an extreme heat wave, and so needed to sleep with the windows open. There was a lively bar just across the street from the apartment with pretty loud revelers until the very early hours of the morning. We used our phones for white noise and this mostly drowned out the noise, but just something to be aware of. The apartment had plenty of fans which helped combat the heat.I would definitely stay here again!

This apartment is in a wonderful location! There was plenty of space and it was just as described in the listing. The apartment was clean and easy to access with the directions provided. The listing manager reached out multiple times and was available if needed. As clearly stated, it is up multiple sets of narrow stairs without an elevator, but this was not an issue for anyone in our party. There was some construction on the street that made it a bit noisy during the daytime, and there is a bar with a robust nighttime crowd, but I feel this is to be expected when you stay in the city. Noise was easily blocked out with the windows closed. Multiple fans were provided. Beds were very comfortable. It is on a quiet side street with very little vehicle traffic and awesome neighborhood restaurants. We loved this apartment and would love to return!

Fantastic flat. Beds very comfortable and enjoyed the towel heaters.Centrally located, within walking distance of the Louvre, Notre Dame and the Eiffel Tower. Best of all, for being in the heart of Paris, it was quiet at night.
