The apartment is bright, quiet and well maintained. Set in the heart of central Paris, it provides an excellent base for exploring the city.
The original beamed drawing room, filled with natural light, features 2 large comfortable sofas and a dining area perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Solid oak parquet floors and double-glazed windows ensure your stay will be both a comfortable and peaceful one.
Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements:
• 2 bright, quiet bedrooms, 5-star hotel standard beds. The main bedroom is a fully private galleried space, designed to maximise light and a sense of space.

Bedroom 2: 1 Single (with option to move the extra single from Bedroom 1 if required)
Salon: High-quality double sofa bed designed for everyday use, offering the comfort of a real bed with no need to remove cushions.

Fully-equipped separate modern kitchen, with dishwasher, washer/dryer. All appliances replaced in 2025.
Bathroom 1: High-end modern bathroom with a large tub, shower unit, and WC.

This Flat served us justice as we navigated around Paris for 2 days. With the subway right at the end the streets we were able to get around if our site seeing adventures were longer to get to than walking. The flat was located on a nice street that offered restaurants and a convenience store and had a Sunday market that ended up being a bonus to our last day.

This apartment is in a truly outstanding location. There is abundance of restaurants, shops, various tourist attractions within easy distance, and transport options. Communication with the owner/staff was excellent. The apartment is very small, even on Parisian standards. Guests should be aware that the stairs up to the apartment Are extremely tight and steep. We struggled to get full-size suitcases up and down. There is also a very difficult set of stairs within the apartment, leading up to the two bedrooms and bathroom.
