A long corridor gives access to the three large bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, including two bedrooms that feature Juliette balconies. Additional features include an ensuite master bathroom, parquet wood floors, high ceilings, ornate fireplaces, an elegant color palette, lift access, air conditioning and quality modern appliances throughout.
This luxurious Parisian retreat occupies an exclusive top floor position in a chic arrondissement and is within easy strolling distance to a popular selection of cultural attractions, restaurants, boutique shops, cafés, museums, Seine River and transport.
A representative will greet you at the apartment with the keys. This service is free of charge, with the exception of late check-ins (any day after 7pm), Sunday check-ins, and holiday check-ins. These incur a 50€ fee. After 10pm, the fee increases to 75€.

Very Very Quiet building . only Landlord occupy this building. need to respect the quiet and tranquility of this special Parisian area. it looks no noise, no cars ( some but rare)

We have rented many wonderful apartments in Paris, but this apartment is now at the very top of our list and will be hard to beat. The location is phenomenal and the building is beautiful and well maintained. We appreciated the tiny 2 person maximum elevator and the fact that we were on the 5th floor. Everything you could need or want is within steps including a gym!
The living areas are large and beautifully decorated. The furnture lovely and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed. The master bedroom is off the foyer with a compact bathroom and shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are down a lovely hallway and have a very large bathroom with modern shower and bath.
We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

The three of us were very comfortable in Dominique's apartment. The bedrooms were totally quiet, the heat/AC worked well, and the living and dining area was huge and lovely.

Our five days in Paris were fantastic because of where we stayed. We werein a 5th floor apartment 1 block from the Louvre. Wow. Our hosts could not have been more helpful. Booking was easy. All done over the internet. paid before I arrived and everything was waiting for us. threw the bags in the room and took off exploring and eating. Grocery store right around the corner. Could not ask for a better location. The 5 of us had a great time.
