Notre Dame - Deluxe apartments

The location was excellent. Close to the river and we walked to all the major attractions. It was spacious and comfortable. The furnishings were very comfortable and pleasant.

Lots of stairs to the top floor but that’s to be expected in an accommodation such as this.

Loved the location of property. No hot water throughout the stay but other than that was great

Very strict on times to arrive. We asked for an earlier check in if possible but told if we wanted to be in before 3pm we had to book the night before…

Convenient and very clean.

It was a little warm (it is summer though). As couldn’t have windows open as apartment is above a noisy street. Fan helped but there was only one.

The location was fantastic, easy to catch the train or walk. We needed three beds and they were decent. The kitchen was what is needed to make simple meals.

Without air conditioning it is very hot. You have to sleep with the windows open and there is a lot of street noise. We had to ask for several things to be addressed by maintenance when we arrived, which was done. The code on the door didn’t work and we had to spend a lot of time on the phone to get this addressed. The staff were terse not recognize the stress of being on a small landing with four people and bags trying to get in. Also - don’t be fooled - only one unit has the outdoor space despite it being prominently displayed in the photos. If I’d know there was no outdoor sitting area, we would have picked a different place to stay.
