A localização é ótima!
Ficamos no 4 andar e pensávamos que seria no 1º. O prédio não tem elevador e estávamos com uma pessoa idosa. Foi bem complicado ter que subir todos os dias e principalmente com as malas.

Great area, clean apartment, close to subway and a lot of restaurants/bars.
The wi-fi was not working, this coule be difficult for people outside the EU. I’m not sure if there were any announcement about the lack of an elevator, but it should be because the aprtment was at the 4th floor without an elevator. Also, there are few lights in the apartment, it’s not that bad, but weird :)

Very good location. Central enough to walk or take metro. Easy to get to if taking train from airport. Restaurants close by have friendly staff and tasty food (Rim Cafe & Sweetime crepes) and short walk to get fresh pastries & baguettes from boulangerie.
Steep stairs (challenge with big luggage), have to pay to store luggage offsite if arriving early, uncomfortable kitchen chairs
