The Space:
Enjoy a peaceful stay in this comfortable apartment, a stone's throw from Notre-Dame. Quiet and well appointed, it is perfect for up to five guests.
The apartment includes:
• A sleeping area: it has a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) with new and very comfortable bedding, as well as a single sofa bed & storage.
• A bathroom: includes a modern shower, as well as a hairdryer, soap & shampoo.
Separate toilets are also at your disposal for greater comfort.
Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
• An open kitchen: fully equipped with oven, microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle & Nespresso machine, as well as all the utensils, pots and pans needed to prepare your meals.
• A bright and welcoming living room: the lounge area has a Smart TV (Netflix, Disney +, etc.), a double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for relaxing or working remotely.
• A dining area: this space has a dining table & chairs
The apartment also includes practical laundry facilities: drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Please note that due to an issue beyond our control, Wi-Fi is currently unavailable in the apartment for an indefinite period.

A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.
Additional Charges
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Cigarette smell post-stay: 450€.

Reviews of the steep stairs is accurate. The area is convenient and the noise not disruptive. I was surprised the host only gave us (a party of four, staying for 6 days) only two rolls of toilet paper... and told us to buy more on our own when we requested additional rolls.

This place is in a perfect spot near food and tourists must sees. Would recommend the property. Please know there isn’t A/C if you travel during warm months.

Overall, this place was in the center of all the action and close to a few metro stations. There was an abundance of places to eat within just a few steps.We were delighted by the space, as Paris is known for its cramped accommodations.The apartment was nicely decorated, and has plenty of light. However, there’s no where to put soap when you’re in the shower and the “pillows” need to be tossed out and replaced.Unfortunately, the noise outside sometimes did not subside until 1 - 2am in the morning. And just when you thought you are finally getting some rest, here comes the garbage truck, which comes each day at 6:30am tossing and throwing trash cans from the establishments below to give you a morning jolt. I complained to management about the noise but they said they were not aware.Although the contact for the property was responsive, they never followed up on any of the items I communicated with them about.Also, the apartment is on the 4th floor and to get there, one must climb some very narrow, winding staircase — very dangerous with heavy luggage.This is definitely not a place for a long term stay or if you want a restful night’s sleep.
