Loved this apartment- it was perfect for our family of 4! My kids especially loved it. Location is very good as well. We

Loved the openness and the window balconies that opened to the beautiful street. The location was good as well. Close to Notre Dame and some great streets between here and Rue Mouffetard. The elevator was great for our kids after a long day of walking and for transporting luggage.

We had some minor issues with the drains in sink and shower. The WiFi wasn’t strong and tvs didn’t work out entirely visit. Good news is the landlord made an effort to quickly tend to those issues during our stay.

THE PERFECT apt for a non-summer Paris stay

Phenomenal apt. Would definitely stay again in a fall, winter or spring trip. Location is perfect and street is very quiet despite its central location near everything. Apt feels much larger than the pictures show, there is a massive double door which opens in the bedroom and makes it feel very open and large (it is a legit apt). Kitchen is also great and washing machine came very handy, Wi-Fi is very fast for AirBnb standards and the beds were very comfortable, hotel style with great pillows…. Apt has massive French balcony windows which makes it such a pleasant place to be after a long day walking around. Subway is just around the corner and so is a mini market for your food needs including snacks, fresh fruits and water, etc. We did breakfast at the apt and dinner one day and kitchen is fully stocked. Overall, we loved it!

Pls do note apt does NOT have A/C. Not a problem for a Paris trip during the fall, winter or spring, but just something to be aware of for a summer trip. Massive windows do help, but it can get quite hot inside. We were traveling with two small kids so leaving the windows open while sleeping did make us a bit uncomfortable, but it was necessary given the heat wave in Paris while we were there. There is a mini fan in the apt, but not enough. Again, just be aware of it, everything else was great…

Not happy. They ignore

Location and kitchen

Elevator broke our last day. We had to carry our baggage down 7 flights. Lighting was awful. TV couldn’t be used. Bathroom door didn’t close and shower door was awful. Called Pick A Flat to arrange. Airport transfer to CDG. They sent me confirmation, car never came, their office said reservation never made. We had to hail a taxi. Not professional.

Standard accommodation in a good central location in Paris

Location was good , keys were easy to find and drop.

There is no lamp on the living room. more sockets where to connect electronics needed. If you could talk to the landlord of the building they could add an extension arm to the main door of the building so the door does not slam every single time someone opens the door . It would be less noisy , specially at night. If check out time can be extended to 12 noon would be better. Taxi offer was expensive in comparison to the airport rates.

beautiful - wonderful memories

the location was perfect and the space worked well for my family of 5.

there was some communication gaps between the host and us but they were minor. Two kids got sick and there was a shortage on toilet paper but we replenished. We tried to arrange a pick up for shuttle service and it was approved yet no one showed due to the late notice on our end. understand the confusion but this should not have been able to go through

It was close to the Notre Dame. Big TV screen in the apartement.

In the shower cabin there was no any place to put your shower gel but on the floor. A 2-euro-value removable soap holder would do the job. The white walls of the apartement are pretty dirty. The apartment is very-very close (2 metres) to the main entrance of the building. It is extremely loud when people come in and out.

Comfortable apartment in very nice neighbourhood

The apartment is located in the middle of Saint Michel close to public transportation and many nice places like Notre Dame, Saint Sulfice, Parc Luxembourg close by. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. It is in a relatively quiet street. We had the one bedroom apartment on the 5th floor. It has a huge sleeping room with comfortable bed. The living room is a little smaller, still good size with a super comfy sofa bed. Kitchen is separate. The bathroom is small but okay. Furniture is good quality. Rental company very responsive.

Decoration isn't done very neatly and there is some wear and tear which gives an unkempt impression. Can use a refresher. Tableware and glasses have diminished and should be restocked. One wineglass for 4 persons? For the price it be much more generous with a selection of different type and size glasses and cups, matching cutlery etc.

Fabulous location on the ground floor, it was a tiny space but perfect for our needs. The front room with the sofa bed is very noisy at night bc it sits just off the foyer of the building and there is no sound insulation with that hallway. That said, they were very responsive to calls with questions.

it wasn’t mentioned that unit is on the ground floor, there is a constant noise from the building entrance doors and intercom. windows are frosted white to protect from outside views but at the same time they provide very little daylight. unit is extremely small and its hardly suitable for 2 people.

Apart from the missing parts above a cute little apartment with a fantastic location.

We like the location on top of roof with a marvellous view over central Paris.

The host hasn't been able to clean the room in due time before our arrival. Some of the lamps and especially the TV didn't work. Furthermore the kitchen was equipped rather scarcely. Thus, we had to buy some additional equipment.
