Bardzo dobry kontakt z osobą zarządzającą. Klucze odbiera się ze skrytki przy drzwiach (kod otrzymuje się w wiadomości email). Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia i duża przestrzeń wspólna, osobna sypialnia. Wspaniała, spokojna okolica, dobrze skomunikowana.

Alles! Mitten in der Hitzewelle im Herzen von Paris eine perfekt gekühlte, top ausgestattete Wohnung (Kaffeemaschine, großer Kühlschrank samt Tiefkühler, großzügige Dusche) zu haben war Gold wert. Besser hätte es nicht sein können. In der Umgebung sind zahlreiche gute Lokale mit vernünftigem Preis-Leistungsniveau, Bäckereien und Lebensmittelgeschäfte, alles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch Notre Dame (15min), Louvre (40min an Notre Dame vorbei die Seine entlang) usw ist nett zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben die Metro nur einmal zum Triumphbogen hin genutzt, sonst zB nach Montmartre nur das hervorragende Busnetz um die Wohnung herum (schlägt Google Maps vor!). Teilweise schneller (direkter!) und herrliches Sightseeing inklusive. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder hierher!
Im Sommer egal, vielleicht im Winter relevant: Die Eingangstür lässt auch fest versperrt einen kleinen Spalt, der Luft von außen einlässt.

Buona posizione. Locale ristrutturato e arredato con gusto. Cucina ben attrezzata.
Situato al piano terra, non ha finestre x arieggiare o rinfrescare il locale, solo un piccolo vasistas sopra la porta d'accesso (che dà direttamente sulla via). Spazi troppo piccoli. Bagno microscopico e cieco. Viste le dimensioni ridotte della camera, il letto è appoggiato alla parete: da quel lato è impossibile accedervi e non ha il comodino.
