Enjoy staying in the heart of the Latin Quarter with this charming 2-bedroom apartment located on the 6th floor of a secure residential building. Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required, in full accordance with platform's policies.
The Space:
Welcome to this charming 50 m² 2-bedroom apartment on the 6th floor, perfectly situated on Rue Maître Albert in the heart of the Latin Quarter — steps from Notre-Dame and the Seine. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away. Both bedrooms have double beds and the living room has a double sofa bed, all with quality mattresses. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, with a separate WC. The living area is a great space to unwind, with a flat-screen Smart TV and dining table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A combination washer-dryer is available for your convenience. The flat is heated throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you're arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We're flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required for all bookings, collected in accordance with Airbnb's policies. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 6 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.
Property access
Occasionally, management may need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We'll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.
A few practical notes: Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Please reach out before booking if you have any questions about the cancellation policy.

The Neighborhood:
Rue Maître Albert is one of the most quietly charming streets in the Latin Quarter, running between the Quai de la Tournelle and the Boulevard Saint-Germain just a few hundred metres from Notre-Dame. The immediate neighbourhood has an exceptional quality of life — the quays along the Seine are just steps away, offering beautiful walks with views of the cathedral and the Île de la Cité, and the surrounding streets are filled with excellent restaurants, wine bars and small food shops. The Marché Maubert, one of the most popular open-air markets in the 5th arrondissement, is just around the corner.
The Musée de Cluny and the Sorbonne are within easy walking distance, and the great brasseries and literary cafés of Saint-Germain-des-Prés are just across the boulevard. The Île Saint-Louis, one of the most beautiful islands in Paris, is a short stroll to the east. The Métro at Maubert Mutualité connects you quickly and easily to the rest of the city.

The location was wonderful, very central to lots of sightseeing. We used the Batobus boat which has a stop only a couple blocks from the apartment. There are lots of stairs, but that seems natural for the part of the city we were in. The apartment itself was clean and cozy, just as advertised, lots of clever and smart design choices to maximize storage and function in a small space. We are a family of five, which is tough to find accommodative for in the city, and in most hotels we would have had to pay for two separate rooms, so this was a great alternative. Thanks!
