A Balcony on Notre Dame with AC

This property is full of charm - on the upper floor of an old Paris building, very close to the river. It had the charm of a historic building but with all the modern amenities. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived. We had a minor issue with a couple of windows while we were there, and the owners responded to us immediately. They were wonderful to work with. They provided wonderfully thoughtful information about the apartment, the neighborhood, and the city.

It is in a busy area, and it could potentially be a bit loud. However, during our stay, it was so hot that we used the AC (windows closed). So that wasn't a problem for us.

Such a beautiful apartment! Interior design is really marvelous with unique furniture and charming staircase. Lovely balcony with stunning view on Notre Dame. Best location in Paris. Everything was excellent and especially impressed me great hospitality, so attentive and helpful. It was wonderful stay and I hope to return again soon.

Appartement mal isolé, nous avons eu froid. les couettes sont trop fines pour l'hiver.

The property is well located close to shops, restaurants, cafe, notte dame and public transport.

I stayed in Paris for a short trip and I had everything planned for the occasion, I requested a 30 min early check in (2:30pm instead of 3pm) just to leave the luggage’s so me and my group could go around the city and stick to the plans and bookings but, I was denied it from the host because the cleaner was cleaning. Fair enough. I had to cancel my plans for the day because there’s a handy luggage drop near the property but it closes at 7pm. The checkout time is at 11 am so I thought that in 4 hours cleaning the small flat would shine, but with my surprise I found the floor very dirty, some spider web on the ceiling, a blood stain on the bed sheet and dust all around. It’s a third floor without elevator and the stairs are tiny and too small to the point you will struggle bringing luggage’s upstairs. Also the stairs that take to the maisonette are staggering and creaking.
