localização. restaurantes, mini- mercados, pastelarias, mercado de rua com produtos frescos todas as manhãs por perto, rua muito tranquila, mas a 1 minuto de uma das zonas mais in de Paris, o Quartier Latin, a Notre Dame.

Do frio de Paris :) habitual nesta época. Tenho de regressar na Primavera!

The location is amazing. The ease of check-in was great. The space was nice, kitchen facilities pretty good, bed pretty comfortable, bathroom pretty nice too.

The ground floor nature of the apartment is not great; you can't really leave the shades open bc people walk by and can look right in to the apartment. For the rather high price of this rental, I was expecting a more luxurious apartment. The furniture is kind of Ikea like; not ugly, but things felt cheaply made. The hosts were great on check in, but charged a security deposit on the side. When Booking.com told me that I should not be charged for anything on the side, and I queried this with David et Warren, they were actually quite rude to me in reply. Suggesting that I was 'childlike' for being concerned. So, all in all, truly amazing location, decent apartment, everything was smooth, but next time I travel to Paris for work, I'll be renting a different apartment.
