Location is perfect, although be aware is very noisy at night. This didn't bother but I can some would get no sleep. Good vibe to the area.
Temps were 35+ degrees and no aircon. Two small fans were better than nothing but I did struggle with the heat. I did also think 'balcony' meant somewhere to sit but it was just a window ledge. My misunderstanding.

Good communication from the host. The apartment was in a great location - close to transit and many restaurants. It's a busy, touristy area but it was quiet at night with the windows closed. Having a washing machine in the unit was great! The bathroom is tiny but this isn't surprising in this location and it was well organized.
The building has a lift but it's about 10 steps up from the entry to the lift, and then about 10 steps up from the top of the lift to the apartment. Not a problem for us but anyone with mobility concerns should be aware. Also, the bed was comfortable but could be improved with higher quality sheets.
