Good communication from the host. The apartment was in a great location - close to transit and many restaurants. It's a busy, touristy area but it was quiet at night with the windows closed. Having a washing machine in the unit was great! The bathroom is tiny but this isn't surprising in this location and it was well organized.
The building has a lift but it's about 10 steps up from the entry to the lift, and then about 10 steps up from the top of the lift to the apartment. Not a problem for us but anyone with mobility concerns should be aware. Also, the bed was comfortable but could be improved with higher quality sheets.

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment in Paris! The location was perfect, the place was spotless, and the host was very responsive, even allowing an earlier check-in, which we really appreciated. The street can be a bit noisy, but the windows are well insulated, so it didn’t affect our stay at all. I would stay here again!
