Great location and very convenient for getting around.

The downside was that the Wi-Fi connection was quite weak. The ceiling is also fairly low, so guests taller than 175 cm (5’9”) may find it uncomfortable. Additionally, the bathroom sink was clogged on the first day. Thankfully, maintenance fixed the issue the following day. It would be even better if the kitchen were stocked with a few basic seasonings, such as salt and pepper. Also, the kitchen lacked enough cookware, which made cooking a bit inconvenient. In addition, they required a credit card pre-authorization as a security deposit before check-in.

This was a perfect neighborhood to retreat back to at the end of a busy day with teenagers. The kids report the sofa beds as very comfortable.

La ubicacion es impecables. Tiene una linda vista del barrio y los ambientes son muy espaciosos. La calle es concurrida y algo ruidosa pero el departamente tiene buena insonorizacion.

Como es un entrepiso los techos no son muy altos, y puede resultar no muy comodo para personas que, como yo, miden mas de 1,80 m. Pero para el resto de mi familia fue ideal. Viajamos en junio, y estuvo bien, en verano puede resultar algo caluroso.

Excellent central location, good value. Having the washer, fridge, microwave, etc was good even if we didn't use them all. Separate toilet closet.

Bathroom consistently had a sewage smell, possibly from the sink? Very low ceilings. No shelf in shower (I used a colander from the kitchen to hold toiletries). The provided concierge was too slow to answer (took 12 hours for a reply and we already found an alternative).
