Our stay at this hotel was truly special, all thanks to the incredible hospitality of the owner. From the moment we arrived late at night, he went above and beyond to make our journey seamless—personally calling multiple drivers to arrange a shared taxi to Omalo, and later organizing a cab to Zhinvali on short notice. His warm, kind-hearted nature and tireless efforts made us feel genuinely cared for.
As a lovely surprise, he even upgraded our room to one with a balcony since we were traveling in the off-season—a gesture that made our stay even more memorable.
The hotel restaurant is a hidden gem, especially for vegetarians! Don’t miss their pkhali—truly the best we had in all of Georgia. The lobiani, house-made pickles, and eggplant with walnut were absolutely delicious, and their wine is a must-try.
The rooms were clean, tidy, and cozy. Though we chose an economical option, it had everything we needed, and the warmth of the service more than made up for the space.
If you're looking for heartfelt hospitality, authentic Georgian food, and someone who genuinely goes out of the way for guests—this is the place to book. We left with full hearts and unforgettable memories!
