We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Everyone was kind and helpful, and the terrace was definitely a highlight. It was lovely to sit there in the evening and enjoy the city views. Breakfast was also very nice
We needed something extra for our room, but reception took care of it without any problems

Honestly, a very nice experience overall. The location was convenient, the room was clean, and the staff were kind without being overly formal. We really enjoyed the terrace and its panoramic views of Tbilisi. Breakfast was good, and it was nice to start the day somewhere so peaceful.
There was a little confusion about one of our requests at check-in, but it was cleared up quickly. The staff were understanding, and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the atmosphere felt relaxed. We especially loved spending time on the terrace and enjoying the view of the city. There was a good choice at breakfast, and the location was ideal for discovering the old streets of Tbilisi.
Our room was a bit warmer than expected at first, but the staff helped us adjust it. Everything was fine afterwards.
