Жили втроем - я и муж с дочкой - пять дней. Отель остались довольны: он в самом центре старого города, в отеле тихо, чисто, все вопросы решались быстро, вид с балкона шикарный.
Все комнаты на 2 этаже с балконами и видами. Номера подешевле на первом этаже, при том на 1 этаж может прийти в гости пушистый кот, мы очень хотели бы, но на 2й этаж не заходят )))
Завтрак не брали, могли на месте взять. Но увидев , что да 55 лари на человека (~1650 руб) омлет, бекон, сендвич, выпечка, сладости , напитки обычные… отказались. Все выглядит хорошо , но с ценой не совместимо. В городе за такие деньги можно хорошо отобедать. Каждый день какое-то выступление в ресторане, вы платите только за еду, без доплат. В целом можно было бы сходить, но мы так уставали к вечеру, что хотелось войти в номер, включить фильм Параджанова и уснуть.
Персонал в отеле говорит на русском, Английском, французском , грузинском…может еще на каком языке. Поймут всех !
Из пожеланий отелю: видела два муравья в санузле, как бы не размножались … в один день застелили свежую постель, а одна наволочка была с дырой по центру. Мелочи, которые легко устранить, а впечатление смазывают.
Сейчас в апреле 2026 работали 2 канатки по городу и фуникулер. Ботанический сад нас покорил, прошли его весь… это незабываемо! Чистые туалеты, приятные локации, а виды…

We stayed at Tbilisi Hotel Georgia for three days, and our overall experience was truly exceptional. The property was very clean, neat, and well-maintained, making our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable.
What truly made our visit special, however, was the outstanding service provided by Ms. Nato. She went above and beyond to assist us even before our arrival — we had contacted the hotel a couple of times prior to check-in, and she was always ready to help with genuine warmth and professionalism. During our stay as well, her hospitality, attentiveness, and dedication ensured that everything was perfect.
The hotel also features a beautiful rooftop restaurant called SEE360, which is absolutely amazing and offers a wonderful dining experience with a stunning view of the city.
A couple of helpful points for future guests: parking can be a bit tricky, and the road leading up to the hotel is slightly steep. If you have mobility concerns, walking might be a bit challenging. However, it’s still manageable and shouldn’t deter you from choosing this property.
One of the best aspects of the hotel is its prime location — all major attractions, tours, and services are just a short walk away. Within 2–3 minutes, you can reach the city center, making accessibility truly convenient.
Overall, we had a memorable stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city for its comfort, excellent service, and unbeatable location.

Firstly staff was very rude and acting as if we were staying there for free.
And all the money is only for the snow hype around the hotel ; or else in the other season this hotel can be avoided.
Also the room were too basic
