    Amazing view from balcony. Just a hop and a jump away from city center. Minimum staff. Cold European hospitality (unintentional). Yet well maintained property. No bell boys if you are packing heavy. Rooms were decent.

    It was a short stay for a night Very good big clean rooms with all the facilities including Balcony Very good people with warm welcome in the desk Good Breakfast (not much for vegetarian) Location a bit tricky but Ok Overall would highly recommend the property Thank you Iris Hotels 🙏

    We are a family of 4. This is our first time traveling to Georgia. This hotel was absolutely perfect. Away from the noise of the city but close enough to walk around the city or take a BOLT anywhere. We felt so safe and comfortable. The family room was perfect for us. It gave us adults privacy and the kids extra comfort in their own sharing room. I must acknowledge an excellent staff member named Monika. She welcomed us with a smile and made us feel so comfortable. She gave insight on Tbilisi and where we should go. She was honest, thoughtful and incredibly helpful. I recently celebrated my birthday while staying at the hotel and the owner made it extra special. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
