The hotel completely failed to meet our expectations and its price. We booked a standard room but were placed on the ground floor. It's impossible to open the windows: they face a small patio area with a sofa where other guests constantly hang out (smoking, drinking coffee or wine). Because of this, people from the outside look right into your bed! In the evening, a group might gather there and make noise half the night, making it impossible to rest.
A separate issue is the bathroom. The plumbing is not only poorly designed but also installed with gross errors: the hot and cold water are swapped! When you turn on the shower, the water immediately pours from above (from the rain shower head), and to switch the flow to the handheld showerhead, you have to press a button — because of this, it's easy to get completely soaked while fully clothed. The glass in the shower cabin completely fails to protect against splashes, so the entire floor is flooded after every shower. The sink faucet works in such a way that if you accidentally turn it on to the maximum, the water will splash you from head to toe.
The condition of the textiles, cleanliness, and room amenities were also disappointing. There isn't even such a basic thing as a shoehorn in the room, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this class. The towels were torn; I asked to have them replaced, but the new ones they brought were in the exact same deplorable condition. The hallway cleaning suffers too: small trash lay on the floor right in front of our door for two days.
In all fairness, I will point out the pros: the breakfast was really good, and the staff was very polite and genuinely tried to help.
However, despite the staff's best efforts, I strongly do not recommend this hotel. It is definitely not a 5-star hotel, and it is not worth the money spent.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. George at the reception was especially helpful, friendly, and professional. He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
The entire staff was attentive and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The location is excellent ğright in the heart of the Old Town, within walking distance of all the main attractions.
Thank you for everything. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others.

The carpet was extremely dirty. The location is very central, but the soundproofing quite poor so it's a bit loud at night.
