    We recently enjoyed a 6-day, 5-night stay at the Radisson RED Tbilisi. The hotel's core strengths are immediately clear: a wonderfully welcoming reception team that ensured a smooth check-in, a comfortable and well-appointed room, an excellent location within walking distance of the city center, and a truly superb breakfast service. A special note of thanks goes to *** at breakfast, whose kindness and professionalism were a highlight of our stay. No stay is perfect, and we did experience some inconsistencies that impacted our visit. I shared this feedback with the hotel after our departure. What truly distinguishes this property is how they responded. The Front Office Manager - ***, reached out to me personally with a sincere and detailed apology. They took full ownership of the feedback, explained the corrective actions being implemented, and demonstrated a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction that is commendable. This level of professional care and accountability has completely restored our confidence. For travelers looking for a well-located hotel with strong fundamentals and, most importantly, a management team that truly listens and acts on feedback, I can confidently recommend the Radisson RED Tbilisi.
