    Absolutely breathtaking but definitely not a 5-star experience. Felt almost like a eco-friendly vibe than a luxury escape.

    I was really impressed with this resort. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and always welcoming. Although the location is a bit far from the capital (around two hours), it’s absolutely worth the trip. The resort is huge and has everything you could possibly need. I think 3–4 days is the perfect amount of time to enjoy all the activities. It’s very relaxing, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean the team truly takes care of every detail. The restaurants are all beautiful and offer delicious food, especially the Asian restaurant, which was my favorite.

    Tge safe didn’t work at al and wasn’t hooked to the wall. We waited a long time for tge security guide who didn’t manage to solve the problem. We demanded it will be replaced and hooked properly and it was fixed only the next day! We had to carry our valuable belongings with us the whole time… compensation was after a long correspondence Customers Relation Manager. This was a shame. Otherwise, location is great, rooms were very spacious and clean
