The hotel is located right in the city center, with all the main attractions within easy reach. Our room offered a beautiful view of the river, Narikala Fortress, and Mtatsminda Park. The breakfast was good, and the service was excellent.
There is a wonderful rooftop terrace with a swimming pool and sun loungers.
Unfortunately, sleeping was not very comfortable. The mattress did not have a mattress topper, and the bed sheet was too short and kept coming loose during the night. It was unpleasant to come into contact with the mattress when the sheet slipped off.

The Location, the staff, room cleanliness.. etc
The lift.!! I was allocated in 4th Floor and all through out my two nights stay there, the lift was not working.. i had to drag my luggage up and down the building the whole time.. call the property ahead and chk if the lift is working or book a room in the lower floors...

Staff’s support.
The receptionist, Asuli was very supportive and assisted us with everything.
Special thanks to her 👌
And location was very super from old city to the new city was around 10-15 minutes by walking.
The housekeeper was taking the dirty towels from the numbers, but did not replace them with new ones.
There were not slippers and tooth-brushes in the numbers, and each time we were requesting them from reception.
