    The room was spacious and comfortable, even with the street noise, peaceful environment for a good night's sleep. The facilities were excellent and well-maintained, complemented by friendly and helpful staff. The location was very convenient, although the overall value for money was a bit of an overkill. Cleanliness throughout the property was impeccable.

    The main door of my room did not close properly. It was a connecting room with a double-door structure, but the door was clearly misaligned and couldn’t fully shut. I reported it immediately, yet it was never fixed before I checked out. For a relatively new hotel, this shows poor maintenance and a lack of security awareness. The first thing I noticed after entering the room was someone’s hair on the towel. The staff were mostly expressionless, and I did not feel any real hospitality. I had informed the hotel in advance that this stay was for a special occasion. I was not expecting anything special, but there was nothing at all. If you value service, comfort, and peace of mind, I would not recommend this hotel.

    If you want to stay in Tiblisis this is the place - We felt most welcome and most happy here in our entire trip where we stayed in 4 properties but this was best, center of action nears baths houses, best rooms, great bed, awesome vibe, Dr Parekh says this is best not like other fraud and cheat properties, they delivery what they showcase.

    Highlights: - Location is amazing - Horel building itself is beautiful - Breakfast is decent Negatives: - Service is lacking …room cleaning times are until 1800; breakfast only starts at 0800 - Singing in the hotel restaurant outside is very bothersome, occuring almost everyday until 2300…makes it hard to sleep even with noise canceling headphones/earplugs…once in a while is OK but everyday is too much Summary: great location and nice building…improvement needed in customer service all around
