Excellent communication with rental provider. Responsive to queries. Wonderful London location. Bedrooms were all airy and comfortable.

Had problems understanding washer/ dryer. Takes a long time to finish each load. Otherwise no downside.

Just a very nice house well located.

It was tricky for 6 of us to just go out the door and find a quick place to eat. Places were either crowded or a bit too expensive. With planning possible.

Excellent Central London location. Home well equipped for cooking. Aside from the very very loud construction noise next door, we had a nice stay. You are paying for location and spaciousness of a 5 bedroom house in Central London. Great place for a family stay with room to spread out. The home could use a deep clean, a paint job and new carpet.

Construction going on in the adjoining property. Jackhammers, drills, loud workers, loud music. It started the day after we arrived at 8:15 am and each day during the week of our stay. There was roof work in addition to the interior work so we always had to keep curtain to our outdoor roof area closed because of the workers on the roof. Noise made remote working difficult. The owner was responsive, but given that the construction has been ongoing, we should have been informed prior to arrival. He ultimately refunded 10% of our stay. Once construction next door is fully complete and some minimal updates made to the home, it would be phenomenal rental.
