The size of the apartment and close proximity to the tube station.
No added extras such as a welcome basket with basics such as tea and coffee.

The location is good however it can be quite noisy . Halal food can be found easily.

Good location for tube and places we were visiting, was clean.
The walls needed painting, stains and smell from sofa, kitchen bin too small, no cloths or kitchen roll to wipe up, no washing up liquid, no oven gloves, tap dripping constantly. The kitchen chairs need replacing as does table. Lots of noise from outside as it was over a takeout place and above delivery station for bikes.
