The location was excellent and, although compact, the property provided adequate facilities for our short stay.
The property needs some upgrading and a deep clean - cleanliness levels were not up to a high standard.

Amazing location for central London and right beside Kensington high street. Easy access to all types of restaurants and bars . Beautiful building and surrounding areas. Our bathroom lights broke at 11pm at night and the staff were amazing at fixing this promptly.
The cleanliness wasn’t great. We had to purchase cleaning products and clean the entire flat when we arrived. There was lots of stains on the walls and doors which had evidently never been cleaned. Skirting boards were gathered with a lot of dust. We understand some areas can be missed, but this was consistent in the entire flat which made our arrival unpleasant.

I liked that they were always ready to answer an email or a text or message via phone. We loved the heated bathroom floor. The location was amazing.
The shower head needs changing. The pigeons were quite noisy in the morning (outside the bedroom).
