South Kensington Apartments

very nice location. Room is comfortable. Good for short-term stay and travelling.

wifi not working well in that room, TV program connection is slow.

Location was excellent for what we had planned on our overnight stay in London

Had to phone up half an hour before wanting access and I struggled to understand the lady I was talking to. Man met us 10 minutes later than the agreed meeting time and we were shown to the apartment and someone was in there eating there lunch. Left swiftly, but left rice on table and floor, used glass also left on table and also their personal phone charger in plug socket, which he knocked on the door 10 minutes later to collect. There were three of us staying and so needed to use the sofa bed, however, the size and shape of the room meant we had to move the double bed to be able to open out the sofa bed?!
