Good location, close to tube station. Comfortable beds, great air con. Good communication. Earlier check in to accommodate my daughter’s medical needs. Close to shops and restaurants.
Lots and lots of stairs to the property, although they seem to be fixing the lift which would make a massive difference!

המעלית לא עבדה בכל הזמן שהיינו שם. עובדים כדי לתקן אותה ומקווה שזה יקרה בקרוב המיטה הנפתחת הייתה המיטה הכי לא נוחה שאי פעם ישנו עליה חבל שלא היו מצרכים בסיסיים כמו שמן מלח ופלפל במטבח

Location was good; walking distance from public transport and restaurants. We felt safe! Beds were comfortable and it had a dishwasher and a washer and dryer combo.
One airco started leaking water within a day. From the beginning not enough towels for the 4 guests. On the website it was not clear to me that the third bed was a sofa bed. My own fault was not booking a bigger room by mistake. So for us it was a little cramped. We were not there most of the time. So it wasn't a big deal.
