The Space:

THE SPACE: A warm two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment on the third floor of a fine South Kensington period building — 72.3 sqm / 778 sqft. Reached by lift, no stairs to climb. Original oak floors, ornate cornicing and marble fireplaces throughout, with rooftop and church-spire views.

LIVING AREA: A comfortable open-plan living and dining room with a grey sofa (which converts to a sofa bed), a reading armchair, and a full-length mirror. Smart TV above a period marble fireplace, and a round dining table for four beneath a bright window. High ceilings and original detailing give the room real character.

KING BEDROOM: A generous room with an oak bed frame, marble fireplace, ornate ceiling rose, wardrobe and a desk — comfortable for work or a longer stay. Hotel-quality linen throughout.

SECOND BEDROOM: A well-proportioned double with an upholstered headboard, bedside storage and matching quality linen.

BATHROOMS: Two bathrooms — a family bathroom with a full bath and shower screen, and a separate shower room with a glass cubicle — a genuine advantage when sleeping a group.

Buses & taxis — frequent routes along Cromwell Road and Gloucester Road; black cabs and Uber/Bolt always available
