About this apartment rental
THE APARTMENT
A new, beautifully designed two-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor of a well-maintained building on a quiet, dead-end cul-de-sac with no through traffic. The combination of the elevated floor and the street`s residential character makes this one of the quietest central London apartments available at this price point. There is no street-level noise at any time of day.
The building has a lift — no stairs required at any point from the communal entrance to the apartment door.
Master bedroom — King bed with bespoke built-in wardrobes and high-quality linen. The ensuite bathroom has marble and tile finishes, underfloor heating, a double shower, heated towel rail, hotel-quality towels, hairdryer, shower amenities, toilet paper, and shaver charging point.
Second bedroom — King bed with private balcony access, bespoke wardrobe and high-quality linen. The family bathroom — shared between the second bedroom and guests — has both a bath and a shower, marble and tile finishes, underfloor heating, heated towel rail, hotel-quality towels, hairdryer, shower amenities, toilet paper, and shaver charging point.
Balcony — A private balcony off the second bedroom with an elevated outlook over the South Kensington roofscape. A rare feature for an apartment in SW7 — and one that makes morning coffee or an evening drink considerably more pleasant.
Living area — Bright open-plan lounge and dining area with a Smart TV. A double sofa bed is always made up and ready to use — extra pillows and blankets provided. Workspace and fast Wi-Fi throughout. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher and coffee machine. Window AC units and fans during warmer months.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
South Kensington is widely described as London`s cultural heartland — and it earns that description. The Natural History Museum, the V&A, and the Science Museum are all within easy walking distance. The Royal Albert Hall is a short walk away. Knightsbridge and Harrods are to the east. Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens are to the north. Chelsea and the King`s Road are to the south.
The street itself is a quiet residential cul-de-sac — no through traffic, no noise, just a calm tree-lined street in the middle of one of London`s most vibrant and sought-after neighbourhoods.
