Excellent location, spacious rooms
Too little cutlery for cooking for 8 people and not enough chairs

It’s conveniently located near shops, bus stops, staff are always ready to help, facility was clean and neat.
Sofa bed needs to be replaced as it’s not comfortable, one shower cabin door needs replacement. Other than that, for the price and located not far from central London, it’s good.

Actually getting the keys wasn't too difficult however finding the apartment was difficult as the postcode provided takes you to a diffrent apartment when put straight into maps
Apartment was infested with bugs. There was small ants absolutly everywhere and several cockroaches
