The rooms are large and clean, Six of us stayed and all very happy with our rooms. Large lounge area so perfect to gather together for games and pizza. We didn't self cater so can't comment on the kitchen.
Negatives are the lounge area was very difficult to warm up, there was a lack of large drinking glasses and the baths didn't have plugs.
Location is excellent, two tube stations in easy walk, lots of restaurants and cafes, mainly middle eastern and Turkish. Supermarkets in easy reach.

There were mobile air conditioning units in some rooms, though half of them did not work. You had to leave the windows open at all times because it was hot and if you were lucky enough to have an air conditioner it vents through the window. The neighborhood is loud. There is a lot of black mold in the kitchen that should probably be addressed.
