London Central Apartments

It was really easy to collect the keys, I was even allowed to drop my overnight bags into the apartment in the morning before check-in, this was really helpful as had a full day sight seeing and with a bad back I did not have to carry my bags around with me till 3pm check in time.

I was ok with it my my granddaughter did not like that the apartment had no window.

The staff is amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. This place offers incredible value for money. Although the apartment is on the lower ground floor, it still feels fresh and has a pleasant smell, which isn’t always easy to find in London. It also stays naturally cool, so I imagine it’s a great place to be during London’s summer. That definitely wasn’t an issue for me. The location is excellent. There are plenty of great restaurants right on the doorstep, including Michelin-starred ones. The apartment isn’t luxurious, but it’s very comfortable and has absolutely everything you need for a pleasant stay. Overall, it’s good value for the price, and I would happily stay here again.

Location was awesome! Close to Marble Arch subway, pub & many cafes nearby. Staff were super helpful with check in and check out.

La dirección suministrada era errónea (la indicara era una calle principal, y realmente eran los bajos en un callejón). Antes de la reserva indica que puedes pagar en el establecimiento, pero al realizar la reserva indica que no está disponible y que tienes que pagar al momento. Habitación con muchas faltas: muebles estropeados, sin toallero ni accesorios de baño, sofa-cama incómodo, sin ventana ni ventilación natural, sin aire acondicionado, escaso menaje de cocina, sin cafetera, nevera llena de escarcha, sin decoración en paredes. Constantemente aparecían pequeñas cucarachas. Sin limpieza durante la estancia, pero sin opción de realizarla nosotros al no haber nada para ello.
