No lift, a bit grubby

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment on Oxford Street. The location was absolutely amazing — right in the heart of London with everything within walking distance, including shops, restaurants, and transport links. The apartment itself was new, very clean, and spacious, which made our stay extremely comfortable. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully prepared. A special thank you to the host, Alex, who was very helpful and kindly allowed us an early check-in, which we really appreciated after our journey. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting London. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

We have had an infestation of bed bugs since checking out .

Needs a lot of maintenance - bathroom light flickered like a strobe light. Hairdryer nearly set on fire. Front door had obviously been pushed in and had putty round the lock to hold it on. The list is fairly extensive and dangerous .
