The staff, especially the owner were so kind and personable. We didn't speak Swiss-German but they spoke English very well which we really appreciated. The food was great and the actual rooms/bathrooms are exceptionally clean. There is a great ski room and the beds were very comfy.
The check in past 5pm was difficult but completely understood.

Cosy, feels like home. Very clean inside as well. Breakfast includes cereal, bread, coffee, fruits, milk, yogurts. The host is friendly and nice. 5-7mins train ride to Andermatt. Bus stop is right at the door step.
There is no locks on the room door and main door, so anyone could go into the room. Check-in is late at 5pm and check-out at 10am, losing a few hours compared to normal check-in hours. The beds are spaced too close, feels like a concentration camp.
